Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, we are only able to offer refunds in certain circumstances.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us  within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personalised/custom orders.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and preservation reasons, dried flower accessories (including crowns, combs, headbands and clips) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds (if approved)
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first re-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
