All items are handmade and may vary slightly from the photographs shown. Due to the nature of dried flowers, colours and shapes may differ between arrangements. Please handle all products with care.

3. Orders & Payments
Payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 5-10 working days. Delivery times are an estimate only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
