Processing Time
All orders are handmade to order and are usually processed within 5-10 business days. During busy periods (e.g. wedding season or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. You will be notified if any significant delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• UK Standard Delivery: [5-10] business days

• UK Express Delivery: [3-5] business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the parcel reaches your country. Marie Fleur is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Packaging
We take great care in packaging your flowers to ensure they arrive safely. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
